SE Minnesotans wonder who said that this 2007 type of torrential rains won't happen again in your lifetime!! Less than 10 months after the infamous flooding, the sky rolled with black clouds, lightning pierced through, and rain pounded on and on and on bringing back memories of last August. The familiar sites of flooded fields, water-filled basements, broken up roads, and moving mud became dominant scenes in this southern most part of Minnesota.
