Farmers in Houston County Need Hay and Fencing

Some farmers here have lost the majority of their crops, including winter hay that’s so necessary for their livestock.  And the fencing is a SAD situation; if any still exists that didn’t get washed away, it’s stretched or so full of debris that it’s useless…or buried deep in sand.
